Hey 13th members i have a problem with starting the game
and this here is what i posted in the P4f forum ,but maybe one of you here can help me.

I did not change or alter any game files
and also i had this happen 2 times before ,but after restart of game it would disappear.
now i restarted about 40 times reinstalled twice, updated VGA driver ,tried the start with Mozilla Firefox 32 bit and iexplorer 32 bit and iexplorer 64 bit.

Here my main specs.

6gig ram
amd athlon x2 64 bit 6000+
Amd radeon hd 5770 pro
Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit
I searched everything i could find and tried everything i have read in the forum
about this issue

Any suggestions?

You may have tried this alrdy, but once i kept crashing when i had a certain weapon equip, it didnt give me a error, just crash.

I had to clear off all my gear to nothing and load into a game adding one piece at a time until i found what it was.

It was one of the reg m95 back then, but read others had same issue, but with different random weapons

Something to do with a corrupt weapon file, but since you reinstalled, it would not seem that could still be giving you problems.

Sorry Toryin, you may be at the mercy of EASY CS, which sucks imoh, had to fight with them to get my closed beta rewards put on my account after they disappeared. Even then they only added it to my main char, and wouldnt add to my second char that should also have the hat.

But i have found the issue

The game gets stuck at startup with black and 3 mins later white screen when i use my old account,
after trying everything suggested in the forum pertaining black and white screens at startup.
(trust me i tried everything imaginable,i reinstalled and wiped game about 7 times,Tried different browsers ,checked firewall settings 100 times,router settings.clear cache and on and on).I Installed the game on my 2nd PC and had the exact same problem as before on the first PC ,so i decided to create a new account and all of a sudden the game works on both computers ,but only when i use the new account ,when i use my old account on which i have spend 4500 Battlefunds ,the game gets black screen at startup then turns white and nothing wont happen .
My account has either been hacked or something else ,but its only the account that wont work for some reason

I couldn't picture exactly what your screen looked like when you explained it to me in vent. Did clicking all the buttons work for you though? Or no? Because that's like what the basic functionality of the screen underneath those graphical buttons and all.

You also shouldn't be using a server version of Windows, the support on that is kinda iffy, and there are a lot of unsupported drivers. You can make the upgrade to Win 7 Ultimate via BitTorrent, if you want links, I'll pm you or something.

I have all versions of win 7.
But i rather use server 2008 r2
Same difference ,its desktop opitmized so its basically win 7 ultimate ++ just more network functionality.

Yep, I did. Definitely an account issue, not hardware necessarily. Unless me and Toryin have the exact same hardware problems lol

Try re installing the game that might work

yeah Tmfc i wish it was that easy but i reinstalled a thousand times already

I cant stand support people who do not read the problem in its entirety or attempt to understand it. Obviously this person didn't do either since you can't use your old account... Duh! Request a person to contact by phone or at least email, preferably a manger/supervisor. That's just unacceptable. I have talked with those kind of people before and there is nothing more frustrating, more so than trying to understand what they are saying with their heavy accent.

But yes, if you have tried this on another computer yet creating another account worked, I'd say it's account related.
