do any of you guys play it online as it would be good if i could play someone online sometime as need to work on tactics for that time frame rome total war i use a good tactic and have won load's of match's with it

I have Napoleon Total War, Empire Total War, Shogun 2 Total War, Medieval 2 Total War (+Kingdoms), Rome Total War(+Alex and Barb).

i have got medieval total war, medieval 2 total war and rome total war + barb thinking of getting empire total war if it will run on my comp

I love playing as the English 1. because i am English and 2. i love the longbow but i haven't done any MP so don't know any tactics for English there just looked though a random forum and on there they say that the English is crap at MP

I play Shogun 2 loads and the AI is really clever kn it

They change tactics depending on the situation

i have all of them altho i dont play then single player personally im a dow fan

Yea thats a good game but you realy cant compare them. Lets look at 3 game series.
1- AOE
2- Total war
3- Dawn Of war

AOE is realy a good game but not alot of tactics and you have to build a good economy in order to fight and you must have buildngs etc.

Total War makes you able to feild massive army and all the maps have different terrains to have a nice tactical battle which makes it cool. You can also have alot of stratigies and tactics.

Dawn Of War is the Warhammer series game where you dont field massive armys but you feild numerous squads, invade plants and you must capture certain objectives which makes it a good game.

So thats realy it they are all 3 good games. You just cant compare them.

In my old clan i used to be the leader of the Dawn of War series and in one of my first clans it was an AoE clan and had some good times playing that

Maybe we should start a Shogun 2 squad. Im lvl 8 and iching to get into some competitive play.

Well, how about opening a Total War branch? Better yet, an "Other Games" branch because not alot of people will join the other sections, and we'll have a place for say... World of Tanks? Team Fortress 2? Counterstrike? Day of Defeat? The possiblities are endless!
