| It has come to my attention over the last few weeks that a few members have been doing exceptional and outstanding in their duties. These three members have remained anonymous for their actions, doing work unheard of in the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit. I commend these three men with the utmost respect and gratitude, but it's time they get recognized for their actions. So, without further ado...
I hereby commission these members:
Cmdr.Ghost
Vanhoucke
To the Rank and Grade of
2nd Lieutenant  Last but not least... I hereby appoint
Spino Prime
To the Rank and Grade of
1st Lieutenant Cmdr.ghost will be promoted to the position of Executive Officer in Battlefield Division's 1st Battalion. Vanhoucke will now be promoted to the position of Executive Officer in Battlefield Division's 2nd Battalion. Spino Prime will now be promoted to Director of the Network Maintenance Department.
