I could be wrong, but the game wasn't released with HC HQ, it was added in, right?
Because there are no challenges, or contracts for HC HQ, bummed because thats mostly what I like to play, and I love my contracts and challenges.

Well I mean with this last update they just released contracts for hardcore items itself, so they're progressing. One day they might actually get to releasing contracts for hc hq.
