| So my VIP code doesn't work for BFBC2 and so I was told to call up EA. I get the chance today and it takes me about a hour to find their dam number on their website and I call them up. It takes me to a recorded voice and it lists about 7 games before it gets to other games. I press 9. I wait about a minute and then another recording tells me about pointless stuff and once it is done it says. Sorry our lines are currently off or down or what ever. So I hate EA. Now I gotta e-mail them. |

| When I had a problem with EA's BF2, I used their online chat support and they were helpful. Not sure if they can help with Bad Company 2 issues, but might as well give it a try? EA Chat Support |

| I got my Vet problems fixed over live chat as well, you might have to wait a while but they seem to be good at sorting things out |

| Just give it some time. Same thing happened to me, but I was able to get a representative in around 5 - 10 minutes. |

| EA is a tool. I told the guy my Gamertag and e-mail 5 times. I then had to go and said bye 5 times. He just didn't understand. |
