Hey there Blue Wolf.
To join the clan, go to the, "Forum" tab up at the top. Once there, look for the, "Recruit Training Command" tab, and look through the subsections where it says, "Enlistment Office".
There, there will be a stickie note that says, "Application Format." Click there, and copy it. Then at the top left corner, where it says, "New Post" just as you did so with this, paste the format you copied onto that, and fill it out.
